ATIA Farmer Producer Company Limited – A Journey Dedicated to Farmers’ Development
ATIA Farmer Producer Company Limited was established with the vision of improving the economic, social, and agricultural development of farmers in Sri Sathya Sai District, Andhra Pradesh. Our primary goal is to unite small and marginal farmers on a single platform and provide them with market opportunities, agricultural machinery, quality seeds, fertilizers, technical guidance, and access to government schemes.
Today, more than 5000 farmers across Sri Sathya Sai District are associated with ATIA and are receiving positive results through various agricultural support programs and services. Our organization continuously works towards increasing farmers’ income, reducing cultivation costs, improving crop productivity, and creating awareness about modern farming practices.
🌱 Pilot Project Clusters
To effectively implement farmer development programs, ATIA has launched pilot projects in four major clusters of Sri Sathya Sai District:
- Kadiri Cluster
- Dharmavaram Cluster
- Puttaparthi Cluster
- Hindupur Cluster
Through these clusters, we are delivering services directly at the grassroots level and creating a strong agricultural support system for farmers.
👨🌾 Our Farmer Support System
To ensure fast and effective support for farmers at every level, ATIA Farmer Producer Company Limited has established a dedicated field team structure.
🌿 VCO – Village Coordinator Officer
We have appointed one Village Coordinator Officer (VCO) for every Gram Panchayat.
Responsibilities of VCO:
- Interacting directly with farmers at village level
- Identifying farmers’ problems and requirements
- Providing information about government schemes
- Connecting farmers with ATIA services
- Guiding farmers regarding agriculture services and support programs
The VCO acts as the first point of support for farmers in the village.
🌾 MCO – Mandal Coordinator Officer
We have appointed one Mandal Coordinator Officer (MCO) for every Mandal.
Responsibilities of MCO:
- Supervising farmer services at mandal level
- Coordinating and monitoring VCO activities
- Ensuring timely support to farmers
- Conducting awareness and training programs
- Escalating farmers’ issues to higher authorities when required
The MCO acts as a bridge between farmers, village teams, and the organization.
🚜 CCO – Cluster Coordinator Officer
We have appointed one Cluster Coordinator Officer (CCO) for every cluster.
Responsibilities of CCO:
- Monitoring all cluster-level development activities
- Managing implementation of farmer support programs
- Coordinating field teams and special projects
- Ensuring smooth delivery of services to farmers
- Leading the overall development activities within the cluster
The CCO provides leadership and operational support at cluster level.
🌾 Agriculture Support Services
To help farmers make better agricultural decisions and reduce crop losses, ATIA has appointed dedicated agriculture professionals.
🌱 Agriculture Assistants
We have appointed one Agriculture Assistant for every mandal.
Services Provided:
- Seasonal crop planning guidance
- Identification of crop diseases
- Pest and disease management support
- Fertilizer and nutrient guidance
- Modern farming techniques for better yield
These assistants help farmers improve productivity and reduce cultivation risks.
🐄 Animal Husbandry Support
ATIA also supports farmers in livestock and dairy-related activities.
🩺 Veterinary Officers
We have appointed one Veterinary Officer for every mandal.
Services Provided:
- Animal health support
- Vaccination guidance
- Treatment and care support
- Livestock management awareness
- Veterinary consultation services
These officers work towards protecting and improving farmers’ livestock resources.
